ABOUT ME
I have worked in various positions in the medical field including a Medical Scribe in the ER, a Phlebotomist in nursing homes, and as a Medical Assistant delivering wellness visits with individuals often working in offices, or large factories.

Throughout my experiences I have always enjoyed learning, and having a hand in someones health story. These jobs were very special, and eye-opening for me. It allowed me to see the places in healthcare in which needed upgrading.

Throughout each position, specifically emergency medicine, and the wellness visits, I noticed a lack of continuity in support for their conditions, and experiences. As well as attention to the other dynamics of health such as access, tools, support, and autonomy.

As a result I have found myself in a program for Health Coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am trained in bioindividuality, multidimensional health, and evidence-based coaching modalities
from many of the world’s leading experts.

My passion lies within developing a connection with your body, and improving our overall health in a way that feels aligned, integrated, and supported.

I am truly excited to embark on this journey, & look forward to working with individuals on this level as it relates to their health and wellness.





THE MISSION
My mission in creating Source Code Health Coaching is to engage in a journey together that will connect you back to yourself as a source in order to function at your optimal setting.

Together we will review your health, goals, and challenges as it relates to your health and wellness.

Health and wellness is much more than what our nutritional diet is. As humans living in this time we consume in many more ways than what is edible.

We will refer to what you eat on your plate as a Secondary Food, while largely exploring Primary food. Primary food includes areas such as our relationships, career, physical activity, spirituality, home environment and many others. This allows us to approach health in a holistic manner; seeing the individuals health as an interconnected and dynamic story.

In addition to supporting clients with specific dietary & lifestyle goals, Health Coaches empower clients to choose
health-promoting behaviors that work for them.

Health Coaches bridge the gap between wellness professionals & patients by helping clients develop strategies for lasting lifestyle changes that improve overall wellness & daily quality of life.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches can also play a key role in helping clients
implement doctor-recommended preventive practices by guiding clients in meeting
lifestyle goals that can help reduce the risk of certain lifestyle diseases.





Your health coaching journey will begin with a free consultation where we discuss an overview of your health and wellness ideals. From there, we will discuss any underlying goals, or areas of focus as it relates to your Health and Wellness.

After this, we decide if this is a journey that would support your goals. If so, our second session will take a deep dive into your health and lifestyle.

Coaches are partners throughout their clients’ journeys – journeys that consist of ongoing adjustment and feedback.
What does the health coaching journey consist of?
Many kinds of coaches help clients reach their full potential by raising awareness, recognizing connections, identifying patterns, shifting limiting beliefs, developing growth mindsets, and offering strengths-based support.
